Production Operator (Extrusion/Stranding/Cabling/Wire Drawing)

Job Responsibilities

1. Strictly follow product process flow and operating procedures to complete production tasks;

2. Perform daily maintenance of equipment and assist in filling out daily equipment check sheets;

3. Rotate through positions including extrusion, stranding, cabling, wire drawing, and packaging, with flexible scheduling based on production needs.

Requirements

1. Junior high school education or above; majors in mechatronics or mechanical engineering preferred;

2. Hardworking, strong sense of responsibility, able to adapt to 10-12 hour two-shift work system;

3. Career path: Operator → Team Leader → Workshop Supervisor → Department Manager.
