Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities

1. Assist in formulating the company’s sales strategy, lead the team to execute sales plans and achieve targets;

2. Develop key industry clients and establish good cooperative relationships with customers;

3. Prepare the annual sales expense budget, control the expenses and progress of market sales activities;

4. Decompose sales task targets, establish accountability and assessment methods;

5. Organize the department to develop multiple sales approaches to complete sales plans and payment collection tasks.

Requirements

1. Associate degree or above, major in marketing or wire and cable related fields preferred;

2. 3+ years of sales management experience in wire and cable or building materials industry;

3. Excellent team management skills and market development capabilities.
